LARISSA by Christopher Manoe
Touching upon what is one the greatest mysteries of the 20th Century, Larissa is the true story of an enigmatic woman who lived quietly with her husband in the village of Lydd, Kent in the 1920’s.
Who would have thought that the private existence this couple enjoyed, shrouded a secret so compelling historians and researchers are still baffled by it today.
Larissa tells the human side to this fascinating story, with romance and subtefuge, excitement and tragedy.

WALK WITH THE ANGELS by Christopher Manoe

Set against the formidable backdrop of London during World War Two, Walk with the Angels tells the heart-rending story of Mrs Tear and her young family.
Her eldest daughter Mary meets and falls in love with an American serviceman and dreams of wedded bliss. Her Mother, blessed or cursed with unexplainable sixth sense, forsees tragedy for the pair but is helpless to stand in the way of true love.
Walk with the Angels charts the course of these star crossed lovers and Mrs Tears battle to protect them both throughout the tumultuous climate that was World War Two .
She is helped by the Angels, our invisible guardians and asks… are we ever really alone?
